This policy covers the True Cost Group recruiting site at recruiting.truecostgroup.us. "We" and "us" mean TrueCost Group LLC, a health insurance agency in Miami, Florida.
When you apply, fill in the carrier check, or use the text sign-up page, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, National Producer Number (NPN), and your answers about carrier contracts. Our forms also record the date and time, your IP address, and the browser you used.
We use it to review your application, run the carrier contracting check, and reach you by phone or email about interviews, contracting, and training. We send only the text categories you select: application updates and/or marketing about our upcoming agent classes and company news.
We only text you if you sign up yourself. You do that on our text sign-up page: you type your mobile number and check a box that says you agree to texts. There are two boxes, one for texts about your application and one for marketing texts. Each is optional and starts unchecked. If you leave both unchecked we do not text you, and your application is not affected.
When you check a box we save your number, the date and time, and the exact words you agreed to. The program is called True Cost Group Applicant Updates. If you checked the non-marketing box, texts concern your own application: interview confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and contracting and training updates. If you checked the marketing box, we text you about upcoming agent classes and company news. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The service providers that run our forms, database, and phone systems handle information only on our behalf and only to do that work. We also disclose information when the law requires it.
This site uses Google Analytics to count page visits and button clicks. Google Analytics sets its own cookies so it can tell a return visit from a new one. We never send Google what you type into a form, your name, your phone number or your email, and we do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP address, browser, and the time of each request.
Our forms send your information over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We store it in an access-controlled database that only our staff and the service providers named above can reach.
We keep your information while your application is active and for as long as we need it for recruiting and record keeping. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Call or email us to stop calls or emails.
