Terms of Service for True Cost Group Applicant Updates. TrueCost Group LLC, doing business as True Cost Group. Last updated October 1, 2026.
True Cost Group Applicant Updates is a text message program run by TrueCost Group LLC (True Cost Group), a health insurance agency in Miami, Florida. It is for people who applied to work with us as licensed health insurance agents.
You enroll through our online form: on our text sign-up page, you type your mobile number and check a box that says you agree to texts. There are two boxes, one for texts about your application and one for marketing texts. Each is optional and starts unchecked. Signing up is not a condition of applying or of being hired.
Application updates require the non-marketing checkbox; marketing messages require the marketing checkbox.
Example: "True Cost Group: Hi [First Name], your phone interview is set for [Date] at [Time] ET. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg and data rates may apply."
We only text about True Cost Group's own hiring and our own agency. We never send texts for another company.
Message frequency varies with where you are in the hiring process. You will get up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, and your mobile plan sets those rates.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that texted you. You will get one last text confirming you are unsubscribed, and after that we send no more messages. Stopping texts does not affect your application. We can still reach you by phone.
If you stopped and want texts again, text "START" to the same number that texted you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts work on all major US carriers.
